Whatever is Lovely

Our thoughts are like flowers (or maybe weeds) in the garden of our lives. What we think influences our peace and happiness. We have options. We get to choose! 

Think well.

 

Whatever is true,

 whatever is honorable, 

whatever is just, 

whatever is pure, 

whatever is lovely, 

whatever is commendable, 

 if there is any excellence, 

if there is anything worthy of praise, 











think about these things."

Flowers are from my May garden and include roses, iris, dame's rocket, salvia, columbine and mock orange. 

8 Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things.
